Operator and scope
This site is operated by Productores Agropecuarios Puhuac S.P.R. DE R.L., commercial address: 5 de Mayo S/N, Centro, postal code 73440, Zapotitlán de Méndez, Puebla, Mexico. Contact: contacto@puhuac.com; WhatsApp +52 233 120 5446. It presents coffee and experiences and allows enquiries by email or WhatsApp. It does not process purchases, payments or automatic bookings.
Mexico and exports
Domestic enquiries cover roasted and green coffee. International enquiries focus on green coffee, with orders from 25 kg subject to quotation. Availability, harvest, specifications, presentation, price, currency, taxes, shipping, delivery times and payment method must be confirmed in writing for each transaction. Delivery to every country is not guaranteed. Exports: exportaciones@puhuac.com.
Quotations, samples and visits
Opening a link, sending an enquiry or requesting a sample does not itself create a purchase or booking. Sample size, cost and shipping are agreed by lot and destination. Visits require confirmation of date, location, programme, price and terms. Caves and adventure activities require separate confirmation of the operator, cost and safety conditions.
Contracting and customer service
Before contracting, applicable delivery, cancellation, exchange, return, refund and invoicing terms must be communicated for the transaction and applicable law. These website terms do not replace those conditions or limit mandatory consumer rights. Questions or issues: contacto@puhuac.com.
Content and responsible use
Photographs show coffee, growers and their environment; they do not necessarily represent an available package or lot. Each lot’s quality and attributes must be confirmed. Commercial reproduction of content requires permission from its rights holders. Do not use the site for abuse, impersonation or attempts at unauthorised access.
Privacy and changes
Read the privacy notice. Changes to these terms will be published with date and version and do not retroactively change terms already agreed.
